Refund policy

REFUND POLICY 

FOR ALL PRODUCTS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn, unused, unwashed
  • in its original condition and packaging
  • free of any odor or damage

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Once the return is received, the item will undergo a quality control check.
Rêveur Lucide reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@reverlucide.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging

After review, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund).


MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

All made-to-measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Alterations may be possible depending on the product.
Shipping costs for alterations are at the customer’s expense.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

PICK UP

Orders placed for in-store pick up are subject to the same return conditions as standard orders.

You may return your item within 14 days of collection, provided it meets our return requirements.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges or store credit are also available upon request.


RETURNS

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Rêveur Lucide is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
