Processing times

• In-stock ready-to-wear — dispatched within [CONFIRM: 2–3] business days.
• Made-to-order & regenerated pieces — produced on demand from vintage or atelier materials; please allow 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
• Footwear & bespoke commissions — handcrafted to your measurements; please allow 1–2 months. For custom materials, sizing or details, write to us before ordering.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient on delivery.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be certain of your piece. In-stock ready-to-wear may be returned within [CONFIRM: 14] days of delivery, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that made-to-order, regenerated, bespoke and custom-sized pieces are produced individually for you and are therefore final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

How to start a return or exchange

Faulty or incorrect items are returned and replaced at our expense.
